DESCRIPTION:Right to Work \n\n\n\n\nThe Fox Valley Sheet Metal Contractors Association and the Mechanical Contractors Association are hosting a Complimentary Program focusing on the new Right-To-Work Law.  As our contracts begin to expire\, there will be changes that you as contractors need to be aware of.  Mark Tilkens\, Labor Attorney with Jackson Lewis\, will talk about what impact this new law will have on contractors. There will be ample time for questions and discussion.\n\n \n\nMark Tilkens is an experienced labor lawyer and trial lawyer\, having successfully represented clients before judges\, juries\, and administrative agencies throughout the country. Additionally\, he has tried over 100 arbitration cases in Wisconsin\, Michigan\, Illinois\, Minnesota\, Washington\, California\, Pennsylvania and Ohio. He is often called upon to provide representation and strategic counsel in high-stakes labor and employment matters and other crisis situations. \n\n \n\nIf you have specific questions that you want addressed\, please place them in the comments box in the online registration form.
